CUPPING & MASSAGE THERAPY*
Cupping uses suction (negative pressure) rather than compression, with the combination of massage movements.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a foot and lower leg massage based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to the organs of the body. In Asian cultures, our feet are like the roots of a tree. The sole of the foot has thousands of nerve endings and many acupressure points which are believed to be connected to vital organs of the body.
Benefits: stress & tension, sore & tired feet, nerve function, circulation in feet & legs, balance and mobility.
ACUPRESSURE FACIAL
Facial acupressure is a relaxing and gentle treatment that combines acupuncture point stimulation with massage techniques on the face, neck, shoulders and head areas. Targeting these points directly helps to: rejuvenate the skin, promote lymphatic flow, reduce puffy eyes, ease sinus congestion & headaches, improve circulation of blood in the face, and stimulate and tone facial muscles for a "natural facelift".
Benefits: sinus congestion, headaches, eye strain, stress, mental fatigue, insomnia
THAI MASSAGE*
This highly therapeutic treatment focuses on pressure points, energy lines and stretching. Performed on a Thai mat,
the therapist moves you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during the treatment.
Benefits: relaxes, reduces stress, improves circulation, increases energy & flexibility and centres the mind & body.
SHIATSU
Shiatsu is a form of Japanese acupressure commonly described as "acupuncture without the needles". The technique uses a holding pressure on selected acupressure points around the body, and includes rotations and stretches of limbs, joints and meridians.
