Facts about bones:

*There are 206 bones in the human body
*Bones produce blood cells and are continuously breaking down and rebuilding
*Bone is formed by putting stress on it - so use your muscles!!
*To build and strengthen bones do weight bearing exercises such as squats
*The most commonly broken bones are: clavicle, arm, wrist, hip, ankle (in that order)​

*The smallest bone is the stapes, found in the middle ear
